How do I return an item?
STALLION TACTICAL RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your return in a fair and timely manner. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
. There are three general areas* that define a return:
- product defect
- incorrect item
- unwanted item.
As Stallion Tactical is not a warranty repair station, Stallion Tactical can only accept returns for areas 2 & 3 above. Product defects need to be addressed with the manufacturer per the manufacturer's warranty and return policy.
If the product you received does not match the description of the
product on your receipt, Stallion Tactical will either replace the
product or give you a full refund
returned in the original packaging within 15 days of delivery date and
in like new, unused condition. All incorrect items being returned for a
refund will be inspected, and if found to be used or damaged, a handling
fee of 15% ($10.00 minimum) will be applied. The product will then be shipped
back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Unwanted itemsStallion Tactical will accept unwanted products in new, unaltered condition, UNOPENED and in their original packaging within 15 days for credit or exchange.
A $10.00 processing fee will be applied.
Due to Department of Transportation Regulations, Stallion Tactical cannot receive returns on ammo.
Shipping, Handling, and Processing Fees for Returned ItemsStallion Tactical will not accept returns on items sold for $25.00 or less (before tax and shipping) for unwanted items, due to processing costs.
Incorrect items that do not match your receipt will be accepted according to the policy above.
Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax will not be refunded.
Discontinued or special order products cannot be returned.
If returned merchandise is received later than 15 days from the delivery date, a 15% restocking
charge will be deducted from the refund with a $10.00 minimum charge.
No product returns will be accepted by Stallion Tactical after 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I return an item?
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Identify the product being returned, the reason for the return (i.e., incorrect product received, unwanted product), and the invoice number on the receipt you received from stalliontactical.com
- On the outside of the package, include the RMA number you received from email@example.com. YOU MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS.
- Include a copy of your receipt with the return
- Ship to the address provided with your RMA number
